Dafabet betting app - Deposit concern

Ramaraj venkatesan filed complaint against Dafabet betting app on Nov 12, 2025

I have deposited **** INR in dafabet sports on **/**/**** at *:**:** PM IST and money got deducted from my end via UPI to their Vendor/Partner and they have given TALENT GRID SERVICES PVT LTD UPI details to transfer the amount which i did successfully
but the same has not been credited to my dafa account . I have shared my bank statement and UTR details as well to them and they are sending same format of emails stating that " We are yet to secure the amount and checking with payments team" but its not getting resolved at all . they have very pathetic customer support where they just update same text in their group and they cant contact their payments team to resolve this. Can you please help me to resolve this issue ?
