Dafabet betting app - Withdrawal showing successful but amount not credited

On *th February**** I requested a withdrawal of Rs ***** on dafabet. It shows successful but I did not recieve any amount to till date. According to their policy it takes * to * banking days for completion of the withdrawal. Now it's been more than ** days I have not received my withdrawal. While chatting with dafabet, getting same reply every time. I have sent multiple mails to DAFABET customer care but no response till date.

It’s almost ** days since it was completed I didn’t receive withdrawal amount. I also sent them my bank statement
