Hello,
I have been in rent in Colive for a month and have paid **K in total. Paid *K in advance for booking, **K at the time of arrival. Raised the **days notice period at the same time. **k is the monthly rent which was agreed with my sales executive who is Srinath and **K of security deposit amount. He said he has raised the notice period and has also sent an email to the concern team regarding this and same has been communicated to me. I left the flat as per the agreement.
Now Colive has charged me for another month and sending legal notices. My sales executive Srinanth is not responding to my calls, everytime i call he disconnects and says he is in a meeting. There is no customer care to talk to and no other facility to help.
I have nobody now to get my deposited amount of **K back. Not sure what to do in this situation.
Colive chat team is asking for a proof of email reg notice period which my sales executive have and he is not sending it to me since it is confidencial itseems a nd he is not responding to me and to the Colive chat team. What should i do in this case. Please help.
