I deposited Rs ***** on *-**-**** *:** PM but it has nit been credited in defabet account even though uploaded deposit screen shots in history tab.. I have sent mail to them with relevant deposit slip.. But No response from them.... While discussing in Live chat, Getting reply from them as" We are yet to secure the amount it will be added in wallet"
Please help to resolve the issue
