*) I have deposited ***** INR and i got welcome bonus ***** INR and total *****.
*) I read the terms and conditions of welcome bonus how to use and how to complete the wagering
*) After all this I started and to play and i wiin the bets sometime and sometime I loss and finally I won some good amount and also required wagering also completed.
*) I started withdrawal and my account is closed defabet management and i raised a complaint and i asked the reason why you closed my account... Again and again giving the same message like copy and paste only check the below...

*) For the above clause *.* terms of use i read and understand and i have not done single mistakes of that and so i raised complaint again and again and they are giving the same copy and past messages only and they are not even trying to understand my concern.
* ) I contacted through emails and chats and calls and explained and explained since two months same thing happened
*) one day defabet management requested a contact number and i given through e-mail and they are called me
*) Discussed everything and he asked me some questions like your account is matching with another account and who is that and he said name and i said it's my wife and so we have only individual accounts and we don't have any duplicate accounts and in family having two or three accounts are common and if duplicate accounts are there then you have to take action like that i explained him
He understand everything and he said and he will inform about this and return the winnings and but he is not even informed and my issue is still a live.
*) again I sent e-mails and explained that got call from defabet management and explained everything and again im explaining here this process is going on daily and i suffered a lot to make them understand but still they are giving the same copy paste messages only.
**) contacted through calls and chats and emails is huge and given the documents as well and but still issue is not resolved yet and * months completed.

Note : My Dispute is valid and i need this money return and because I didn't breached anything and defabet team is doing frauds on customers and giving the bonus and if the players won some big amount and they are simply removed that and giving the same copy and paste messages every time and if I ask them which clause I breached and which activities I breached there is no response from them.
Now I'm not even receiving emails also and maybe I thought they are blocked me and why because I'm asking my winnings.
If possible resolve my issue and hope this email useful.
