Dafa sports - Deposit Amount not created to dafa sports

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am filing this formal complaint against DAFABET / Dafa Sports regarding multiple failed deposit transactions for which the amounts were debited from my bank account but never credited to my gaming account nor refunded.

Despite repeated follow-ups through customer support, emails, and submission of all required proofs including screenshots and bank statements, I have only received automated responses without any proper resolution.

Below are the disputed transactions:
