Dafa sports - Dafabet Not Crediting Successful Payments Automated Blank Replies No Live Support Causing Mental Str

I am filing a complaint against Dafabet for non-credit of multiple successful UPI payments and complete lack of customer support.
Despite payments being successfully debited from my bank, the platform has marked them as failed or pending and not credited the amounts. The total amount involved is ₹**,***.
Transactions:
• ₹*,*** on ** Dec **** – marked failed
• ₹**,*** on ** Dec **** – pending
• ₹*,*** on ** Dec **** – marked failed
• ₹*,*** on ** Dec **** – pending
All proofs and UTR details were shared multiple times. Instead of resolution, I received repeated blank email replies (“Good day”) and later automatic responses. Live chat also keeps me on hold with no human response.
This continuous lack of support and unresolved debits has caused financial loss and significant mental stress.
Resolution Expected
• Immediate credit or refund of ₹**,***
• Clear explanation for payment failures
• Proper human customer support
