I have booked tickets for a show,However ,I am not able to go for the show same day,I have requested them to cancel my tickets and my money.But they just denied to do so,then I request them to reschedule my time they have also denied.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
