Uptownie com - Denying the return products and not providing refund

Complaint raised on whatsapp business number but only received below response:

On Saturday we are available from **am to *pm IST .


And no agent is contacting us

When tried to contact with details present on website it is saying they are not available

I raised complaint on help support email id customerservice@uptownie***.com

But not have received any response

When i tried to cancel they are saying we cannot cancel and they delivered the products after two months

I contacted them via instagram and tgey said if you dont want we will take it as your return

Now i am trying return they are not providing any response
On ** may when i checked again the status of return and noticed they cancelled all my returns
