Uptownie com - Order not sent it s been 15 days

I had placed an order with uptownie.com for two shirts & it’s been ** days since then but order is still not processed. It is a prepaid order. No one answers their customer care, Whats app bot closes the chat without resolving, the number given on website is invalid. There is no response to Instagram DM or comments. It’s been more than ** days now. I have tired everything to either get the order or my money back. What Should i do ? Pls help.
