i had purchased a tv from paytm mall on **.**.**** with order # ********** under the offer " icici credit card **% cashback". i was full fill all terms & conditions. as i eligible to get cash back. now paytm customer care is denied to reimburse the cashback, saying that you have placed the order on zero cost emi, so you are not eligible for icici **% cash back. the reason of rejection was not mentioned in paytm mall portal as well as icici credit card portal. herewith i am attaching all t&c from both. where is my fault against the rejection of additional **% cash back?

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
