Despite of informing Vietjet via mail that due to non issuance of Visa I will have to reschedule or cancel my flight. But Vietjet denied to both and also they did not revert back to my mail.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
