Vietjet Air - Bag loss and Humiliation and Insult at Ho Chin Minh airport

My Mother - A senior citizen was surrounded by airport officials at gate ** of Ho Chin Minh airport after the security checks done - just before boarding the air shuttle. They feared my mother of her hand luggage being extra and took her boarding pass and tickets and demanding for more money. The crew started insulting and laughing at her as she cannot speak english and was struggling for some help. her duty free shopping was called as being overweight and threatened for not allowing her to the aircraft. As panic my mother started removing items from her hang luggage and handed one small bag pack to one of the members of her Venna world group and asking for help. Her friend also panicked and dropper her bag pack at gate **. The crew members after insulting and creating that fear in the traveler handed over her boarding pass which made her rush last minute and she left her bag pack at gate **. While she enquired to the air hostess in the aircraft same day within few minutes, she was told to be receiving it at T* Mumbai airport. No information was received instead a PIR was raised which is now being tracked by me having no information from VJ*** team yet. The bag had her valuables and her Aadhar and pan card copies too with food items and clothes and cash in dollars.
While I ask for support in tracking the bag, I also strongly wanted to escalate this unprofessional behavior with a senior citizen women who was a tourist ,at Ho Chin Minh airport which is a shame and embarrassing.
