Sayoni Roy filed complaint against Healthifyme on Oct 1, 2020
I had enrolled on healthifyme on **th June ****. I took a subscription for ** months and it costed me Rs.***** At the time of enrollment I was told I can cancel the subscription anytime and I will get my money back. I will also get it back if I do not see any results. But now when I have requested to cancel the subscription due to some personal reasons, I am being denied a refund. They emailed me their Refund policy which was never disclosed earlier. I am loosing ***** or more.. it is not a small amount. Requesting a refund for the months which are still pending.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
