Meesho - Denied pickup for refund

I ordered a kaftan kurta set but received an old top and an old gown. I called the delivery boy immediately and asked to return the mo ey but he told me to apply for return on meesho app n I did so. Msg shown there was I will receive return after pickup. Today the same delivery boy came took the pic of the product refused to take the product and told me to apply for refund again on meesho Aap. I want my money back
