Xiaomi India - Denied of warranty

I have bought a mobile device(Redmi note * Pro) in the month of July of **** and my phone is still under warranty. I got a display problem in the device. I went to Mi service centre (InfoSol). They denied me warranty because the phone has a minor dent on the side frame and small scratches here and there saying that physical damages are not covered under warranty according to the policy. But I didn't approach them for fixing that dent or scratches. I approached them for display problem which is not physical damage or rather due to any physical damage. It's a defect in the device. But I was denied warranty and asked to pay if I want to get my device repaired which is Rs.**** almost **% of the phone's price. So, I request you to look into this issue and do the needful.
