My phone redmi note *s is under warranty and it is having screen issues, it is showing images of recently used apps i have visited customer service center and they told me there is issue with screen and they will replace it, but later they rejected my phone saying there is physical damage whereas there is no physical damage only minor scratch on the side of the phone which they calling hard dent, side scratch is not even related to the screen and now they are asking me to pay for the screen. I am totally dissatisfied with xiaomi and want them to replace my screen.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
