srinidhi taritla filed complaint against Indigo Airlines on May 15, 2018
I am to board a Indigo flight on **-**-**** at *.** am , having a boarding time up to *.** am.However, I did web check-in and got my boarding passes sent to me through mail. I reached the counter queue by *.**am. There was a long queue and no special counter for web check-in people. By the time I reached Counter *.** am, Indigo fellow did not take my check in baggage ,saying that I am late by two minutes. There was no special announcement made by them. That fellow at the counter leisurely taking time for each passenger and also issuing boarding passes there, in turn hindering who already have boarding passes with them. I was sent to reservation counter , who were also unable to help me out, as the next connecting flight to Indore via Mumbai is filled . They offered no help. I am a first time flight goer . I had to shell out **k again to reach Indore . The total amount of **k per journey lost to me . I was mentally agonised with the inhuman nature of Indigo , even when it was clearly written in Boarding pass that boarding gates closes ** minutes before departure. Just for * minutes they made me lose **k and gave me a lot of mental agony .
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
