One Plus - denial of warranty

My phone is nowhere damaged physically but they just saw the phone from our side and said its internal damage. My phone was not fallen or pressed. It was simply removed from charging and now there is blue ink inside the display and I am losing time and lot of money due to the faulty product from the company. I have called one plus several times and visited their service centre also, but they refused the warranty claim stating it to be physical damage but on the contrary, not a single scratch is present on the phone and after removing from charging this all happened. They are saying it is because you pressed the phone screen, I wonder after spending more than **,*** on a phone, if pressing makes internal damage without making any external damage then there must be something like magic or their phones should be banned in India. This is open scam and denial of justice, public rights. They are just running away from their faulty product repair.
