We were offered membership and a free trip by Taj india resort. The .membership fee was charged and huge amount was paid for it. False promises and commitments were made to convince us to avail the membership. At the time of availing the membership and the free trip, the desired service was delayed and denied. The service is still not provided and no extension or relief is provided by Taj india resort team
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
