Flipkart - denial of return due to platform system error

i am writing to report an issue with a return request that was unfairly denied. on january **, i received a pair of urbano jeans ordered through your platform. although i received the item, the system failed to update the status to delivered and instead marked the order as cancelled on january **.
i immediately contacted customer support to rectify this, explaining that i had the product and needed to return it due to fit issues. following the instructions of your team, i shared product images via whatsapp, email, and eventually the mobile application when the option became available. throughout this process, multiple executives assured me that the item was returnable and that the issue would be resolved.
on february *, i was informed that i cannot return the item because the logistics system does not provide the option for a cancelled order. it is unjust to penalize a customer and refuse a refund for a technical error caused by the platform's own system. i have followed every protocol, yet i have lost my money and am stuck with a product i cannot use.
