Srushti Rajyaguru filed complaint against Myntra on Aug 28, 2020
I had first ordered Tjori Women Taupe Woven Design One - Toe heel from Myntra on **th July **** which I had to exchange twice due to fit issues. The last exchanged product I received on **nd August was different from the pictures online and also had a very weird fit. Also the packaging was so lousy, that the product was all squeezed in!!! I filed for return of the product. In pictures shown online the sole of heels is whitish in color & what I received is brown & black in color. Executive denied pick up saying it does not pass image test, as it is not same shown in online pictures & pictures send to them. So I contacted customer support, raised return request again. By the time next pick up happens, it was automatically updated on myntra that my complaint was resolved, and what happened next was again denial of pick up. I raised query again, no one is responding. Nor my review regarding product is posted as it might affect their image, they seem to follow the policy of " only positive reviews welcomed" !!!! Since **th August **** I am stuck with unending cycles of raising return requests, pick up denials & seeking help from Myntra customer support.
