Intrcity smart bus - Demand for Refund and Compensatiom

Hi, This is regarding our night's journey from Hyderabad to Tirupati ( PNR: IC************) on **/**/**** which was terrible. There's * hr delay at our boarding point. Pickup Van is also very old and we had to travel with so much disturbance for more than an hour. After that we boarded the main Bus(At Attapur), in another **minutes our main bus met with a horrible accident near shamshabad.

To avoid collision with opposite obstable, The force that the driver has applied to break, our heads had hit strong to the bus deck and suddenly within seconds another Bus Hit our bus from back, that made our heads hit to the deck again which caused serious injury to our necks and the pain was pathetic the whole night. Our luggage placed in luggage deck of the bus has been damaged due to strong collision from back and we couldn't use Restroom as the back side of bus has been hit by another bus and glass pieces were shuttered all over the restroom.

Our Bus was stopped roadside near shamshabad and made us wait for *.*hrs as they told alternate bus was arranged and it will arrive. Finally after *.*hrs no alternate bus arrived and we were brought to destination in the same accident vehicle.

Its an awful nightmare journey, we could sleep all over the night with fear and pain. This is a worst thing that a travels could ever do it to their passengers. I tried all the ways through calls, email but there is no response from intrcity. I strongly demand to refund the money and compensate for our luggage damage. PFA for accident images
