Have ordered veg items from Pizza hut via swiggy costs = ***,But received wrong order ie., non veg "Chicken pizza and plain Pizza" from Pizza hut.
Observing that the source is ZOMATO of the wrong order, when we returned the order to the swiggy delivery boy saying the same.He refused to exchange/take away it stating "Pizza Nut '' gave that only to him.
Called / chatted with the customer service for the issue, but they can't do anything, and in return they are giving **rs discount and said they cant help us more.
Why should I be penalized, for wrong order delivery.
Also emailed swiggy support,they have provided discount of ** rs on next order and refused to refund amount
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
