DRS Agarwal packers and Movers - Delivery significantly delayed

They have loaded households items from Pune to Mohali on ** march **** suppose to be delivered in *-* days but it hasn't been delivered yet, they are making an excuse of lockdown by it has been significantly delayed and now supppose to be delivered by Mar ** because the drive has taken the container to his home town because of holi, i tried to reach to DRS customers care but no help, this is unexpected from such a company, please help whichever way you can as there are chances of otems could get damaged.
