I ordered from SFC Soya Chaap (Shalimar Bagh) on * Feb **** (Order ID: ***************) and received PARTIALLY CONSUMED FOOD!
Despite complaining, @Swiggy refused to refund my money or provide a satisfactory resolution.
Poor service, worse food quality, and a company that doesn't care about customers!
