A shirt without tag was delivered to me by Myntra on ** Jul’**. I raised a complaint to their call centre and also initiated a return on the Myntra Mobile App that the product was defective. The product was picked however, they refused to reimburse by claiming that the tag was missing. I called to their call centre and wrote multiple e-mails that I returned the product because of the same reason. Inspite of this they said they will not take it back and sent the product back to me. It was a disappointing experience. This is absolute cheating by Myntra. I don’t want the product and want Myntra to take it back and reimburse my money.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
