Meesho - delivery guy trird to steal the pickup parcel

I had black saree pickup tracking R********FPL which was picked on *nd Oct *:** by shadowfax executive Sameer shaikh (**********) but on meesho it was showing the item did not picked yet and was getting call from them for repickup i was so worried tht i called him again to know the status and to know if he submitted.On * Oct morning i called him again but he said i did not heard OTP correctly thts why i did not able to submit and i issued repickup so once u again recv msg for pickup so just call me and give me OTP so I waited till * Oct.Than on * OCT i recvd sms from meesho stating tht same guy is gonna do pickup i trid calling him bht he did not recv any call so I tried to call from my frd phone and at last on **:** pm he recvd and declined that he had talk or promised and was saying "maine toh saree submit kar diya mujhe nhi pata ab aap kaunse parcel ka bol rhe h mere pass toh aisa koi parcel nhi " so we asked him wht should we do as nothing changed and refunded by our side so he was like "Ab kya kar sakte" and he was repeating this statement.But fortunately i had my frd who was working in same Shadow fax and I gave to him by seeing his whtsapp dp he called and argument began at fst he repeated the same stmt but as soon as my frd told him and after long argument he sent me OTP on **:** pm and was on track and issued refund and now today morning i recvd my money back.I dont know how many times he might have stolen the pickup parcel from other person like this.It was really a mental trauma this days.I was fortunate tht i had my frd working there abd he helped me but m afraid for other.Please look into this as soon as possible so he cannot do this again with other customer
