Flipkart - delivery denied by agent

Hello!!!
My name is Deep Singha. city Bongaigon and state: Assam. I had ordered one phone from Flipkart which is to be delivered on **th October **** but it was rescheduled to **st October ****. it was out for delivery on **th of October and the delivery agent came to my doorstep. He asked for the phone that I wanted to exchange with this new phone. exchange value was less and we had argument as i was not comfortable with the amount and asked him to reschedule and he agreed to do that without any hesitancy. later on next day they didnot delivered the product and cancelled my order. That night I got a call from flipkart automated call asked me to confirm the cancellation of the product for which I just cancelled or rejected that cancellation confirmation request but still the next day the order was cancelled and as of now I did not get any delivery I did not get any product delivered for which i complaint Customer Care so many times and they are promising to help and to resolve the issue and but they did not give me any proper resolution neither informed that they by themselves close the complaint request .this type of response and treatment I am getting being a plus customer of flipkart which is not at all justiciable to me. and i am planning to move to consumer court or civil court for the solution if i don't get response quickly from company side. Flipkart is total disrespecting customer service. allowing the delivery hub to behave badly with the customer care. delivery product id attaching: FMPC**********
