I have ordered on Flipkart but the order was shown delivered but not delivered due to logistic issue. So I have ordered the same product again and got it delivered. Now the previously ordered item delivered and they won’t accept return and refund for the delivered item.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
