i am a reseller from meesho , i ordered something for my customer and the order was prepaid but the delivery agent of shadowfax took again money from customer because my customer thought that the order is to be paid, because the to be paid is also come on the same date. my customer wants her money back. very bad delivery from shadowfax. They don`t have trusted agents. ASAP some strict action should be taken against the agent.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)

I have returned my item on ** October to pickup person shared the OTP also before returning which i received but I still didn't get any refund yet. Also in the portal the status is still showing as return initiated
