They have shown us a wrong product in their site and also said that "We always put our most sincere efforts in providing the best quality products to our customers. Yet if in any case if you still want to return the products due to unsatisfaction, then you can mail us at care.vastrova@gmail.com, and our return related customer service team will assist you with a return query." In their site, we order a dress and paid money of ₹****/- on delivery. After opening that package we were very disappointed with the quality of the product. It is very thin like a foil and very transparent. So we requested for return but they are now saying that the product was not damaged and they can't take it back. Please help us with this issue and get our money back.
