*. Myntra delivered the wrong product (wrong colour, wrong size, wrong style) against order no *******-*******-*******. (shared images previously)
*. Hence I thought of placing the order for the same product on the website in order to get the right colour/size through order no ******-*******-*******, even the second time another wrong product(classic fit instead of skinny fit) was delivered.
*. When I placed return request for both whiles picking up the logistics guy accepted the product delivered against ******-*******-******* & tagged it against order no *******-*******-******* and the refund was processed.
*. Due to this exchange/criss-cross of return, the wrong product I received against the *st order I placed is still with me and I am struggling to get Myntra to process the return. In the system, it reflects that I still have ordered no ******-*******-******* with me.
To my surprise, they have blocked my account stating unfair breach, despite delivering a wrong product and also stating "I regret to inform you that your claim has been declined. Since the product was shipped out post proper quality check from our end and with all tags intact and same is delivered to you in seal condition. Hence, we will not be able to accommodate your request for the same and claims stands declined."
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
