Myntra - Delivered Wrong Product No Refund Account Blocked

I have ordered Hangup Men Blue Solid Kurta with Pyjamas & Nehru Jacket(*XL) on Myntra on ** Apr ****. On ** Apr **** got delivery but wrong item (Hangup's XL Size Blazer Received). Several Time i initiated the return of this but myntra's pickup boy denied to pick it up as he instructed from their upper management not to pickup any returns. More then ** times i raise complaint at myntra customer care, every time they approve the return request but no pickup.

On **th May ****, i got email from them "you have breached Myntra fair usage policy. Hence, your account has been deactivated from our end. Further, we are not able to accommodate your any return or refund request. For more details, please refer to the link below and check clauses * and **."

when i asked there customer service to give in specific reason to deactivate my account, they aren't able to answer me, just saying that we have escalated this issue and you will get reply soon again and again. there are no resolution of complaint yet.
