I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Home accessories
The issue that I have experienced was: wrong, worst and refurbished item received. iam raising this complaint from (may *nd) still no one is responding iam facing so many problems from my family members. every cutomer advisor saying like wait for *day, *days, *days, **days now **days completed but no response from shopclues till date. i lost my money. that money is my *months savings . now they blocked me in whatsapp and normal calls also.
They delayed for **days. Please help
