Bharti filed complaint against Flipkart on Apr 26, 2023
I ordered an LG AC for a total amount of INR **,***, which included an old AC exchange of INR *,***. On **st March ****, the AC was delivered, and on *st April ****, a technician from Flipkart came to install the AC. During the installation, we found that the AC was not an LG brand, as ordered, but a Nepolian brand refurbished AC. The technician helped us take photos and videos of the AC and suggested that we register a complaint with Flipkart. The technician also assured us that he would inform Flipkart from his end.
On *st April ****, I registered a complaint with Flipkart, and since then, I have been given different deadlines for resolution: *th April, *th April, **th April, **th April, **th April, **th April, and the latest being **th April ****. Despite several follow-ups, I have not received any satisfactory response from Flipkart. They have rejected the pickup request twice, and the refund has not been processed.
Therefore, I request your help in resolving this issue and getting my refund from Flipkart. As per my understanding, I am entitled to a refund of INR **,*** for the LG AC and INR *,*** for the old AC exchange.
