Dealclear.com - Delivered wrong and faulty product

I ordered a laptop battery but never received any tracking number initially for next * days. After I complained to them on phone a lady said that she will share the tracking details soon. I waited for * days but they never cared to share the tracking but after persisting my calls they finally shared the tracking. It was only after I kept calling that they initiated the delivery which was almost * days after the order.
When the order arrived it was not the correct product and moreover it was a faulty battery which never charged at all.
I shot an email back for refund but no response again. Called the support and they said they will reply in ** hours. Its been * days and no reply. They are not even taking my calls anymore. I knew the moment they took time to initiate the order that its a fraud company but now I'm certain. I'm planning to initiate a consumer forum case against them as well.
