Autoglam.in - Delivered used and faulty Headlight

I m from hyderabad, placed an order(on *th sept) through autoglam.in website for Projector Light for my car **** Maruti Baleno Alpha model. After multiple followups(for every other * days), finally on Oct **th which is after ** days, autoglam shipped the item to me. The package was very firm and really secure. I was really shocked after I opened the package. Autoglam sent me used item and he was claiming that the item is brand new and thats how he received from manufacturer when I talked to him over the phone. He was kept saying that it might be damaged during shipping and he was willing to offer me silicon tube to cover the damages on used headlight.
