Flipkart - delivered package is second hand

I ordered earbuds from Flipkart minute on *June at**: **PM. The delivery boy opens the box which is not sealed. he took the picture of product from front not fom back side and he asked the otp and i tell him. I think everything is ok and i take the product. When i enter in my room and i saw that product has some scratches then I realize that the product is second handed. Immediately I tried to return the product but no response from the flipkart . Next day i raise the complain they said that product was on open delivery so they can't take it return. I told them that I don't know about open delivery policy then he said that upload some pictures of the product. I uploaded the pictures of product. And next day the pickup man said that he can't take it, it is old. Now I want to return this product. Kindly help me.
