I have ordered iphone from tatacliq, go it delivered on *th october, found the phone defective and raised a return request on **th october. Got zero clear communication from tatacliq on my return request. On **th october my return request got declined giving no reason on what grounds.
They are asking for job sheet from apple care, since apple care is far of from my place asked me to give phone recording confirming same with apple support. I gave all the evidence as asked. yet there is not clarity on return
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
