AliExpress - Delivered Fraud Product and Injustice in dispute result

I had purchased a powerbank from AliExpress mobile application with listed seller Shop******* Store on **-March ****. The product name was "*****mah Power Bank Eternal Battery quick charge Dual USB" and order id was **************.

Powerbank delivered was in rubbish packing and it does not charge phone even when powerbank is having more than **% battery displayed.

When powerbank is charged for ***% battery, sometimes it charges the phone, but a ***** mAh powerbank barely charges **% of phone havin only **** mAh battery capacity. So it is not at all a ***** mAh powerbank.

Further, they have mentioned in their product description image, that both charging port of powerbank are *.* A capacity. But infact only * port is showing *.* A and the other one shows * A.

Inshort i was delivered total rubbish fraud product.

When I made a complaint on aliexpress about this product with total * evidences photos and videos, the Aliexpress dispute team doesnt even care for seller to reply and before specified time limit they gave dispute result and told me to ship return powerbank on my own cost.

Now my concern is if I ship it back, it will cost almost ₹**** and after that what will be the meaning of ₹**** refund?
I shall be in ₹**** loss for this product.

Seller has not shown courtesy to reply atleast once. AliExpress and seller combinedly has made a fraud.

I had complaint in customer care chat and it has been * days, they haven't yet replied me.

I have many evidences with me, but due to limitations of attaching only * jpg file here, I have attached image showing that * port of powerbank has *A output.

Please help me with this dispute.
