Tatacliq - Delivered faulty phone

I bought one nokia C* mobile from Tatacliq under lockdown and they delivered the product without any problem (under lockdown), next day while configuring the phone i came to know that this phone is faulty because after ** percent of completion the phone hangs and stuck. so i informed the same to Tatacliq that they delivered the faulty product so please return this phone and give my money back

Tatacliq agent told me that sir we can return your phone but you have to go to nokia service center and ask them to provide you jobsheet, i guided them in my area government imposed the lockdown and only essential service are running, they said sir then you have to wait until govt lift up the lockdown and service center opens(i have all these communications mails)

So on */*/**** govt lifted the lockdown in my area and I visited the nokia service center to get the job sheet, nokia guy told me that sir we can only provide you the job sheet when you submit your phone in our service center and we will repair this (i don't want to repair this phone as this is brand new i just wanted to return it), i informed the nokia guy sir this is tatacliq policy and i think its also communicated to nokia to provide the jobsheet to the customers without submitting the phone, he said no sir there is no such policy here in nokia you have to contact Tatacliq

so i contacted tata cliq customer care and information all this situation to one of her agent even she talked to nokia service center guy where he confirmed to the tatacliq agent that they cannot provide me the jobsheet without submitting the phone to them

And now i have received note from tatacliq that they are not going to return my phone and i have to goto service center and replace this faulty phone from them (picture attached)
