Flipkart India Private Limited - Got Damaged Product

purchased a Haier refrigerator from Flipkart (Order ID: OD******************), which was delivered in physically damaged/dented condition. I reported the damage immediately and requested replacement/resolution.

Initially, Flipkart offered compensation of Rs. ****. However, after contacting Haier, I learned that warranty handling for physically damaged products may be circumstantial depending on the nature of future claims. This created uncertainty regarding the long-term warranty and service support of a brand-new appliance delivered in damaged condition.

I repeatedly requested either a replacement or written clarification that the existing damage would not affect future warranty claims. Instead of addressing this concern, Flipkart repeatedly closed my complaints without providing a satisfactory resolution. Different compensation amounts were communicated at different times, including Rs. **** and later Rs. ****, creating further confusion.

The replacement period expired while the matter remained under dispute and unresolved. Despite multiple emails, calls, grievance escalation, and a complaint through the National Consumer Helpline, no clear written clarification regarding warranty implications or fair resolution has been provided.

I seek a fair resolution for the damaged product, the unresolved warranty uncertainty, and the deficiency in customer service and complaint handling by Flipkart.
