Snapdeal.com - Delivered different product

On **/**/** I purchased a dress from snapdeal .on **/**/** the item was delivered which is completely different of what I have ordered. I visited snapdeal site for refund/replacement but there is no info about delivery and it showing your order has been prepared for dispatch. I thought might be technical error but on **/**/** I got a message from them your has been cancelled from seller's side we regret etc. Although I have already received it and have delivery message on phone. I called customer care they are also saying the same . it's really very frustrating. How they fool customers. Please help
