Amazon .in - Delivered defective products

I buying Samsung M** in Amazon at rate of **** rupees. But they have delivered defective products, and I have complained many time and lastly they give an appointment for inspection service now after their engineer inspection, they told me there is not any problem in your phone ,but engineer give me inspection letters and everything is written in letters where what a problem in it,,but Amazon have help center not get satisfied, they told me nothing problem in your phone and they give again inspection service for checking phone...this is irrelevant,,I have attached this inspection letter ,u see ,,and please help me thank you.
