Alankritha boutique by Reshma Deepak - Delivered defected item

I ordered a dress from Alankritha boutique as a wedding gift for my friend and paid ₹****/- including emergency shipping charges. Although the parcel was delivered within the promised timeline of ** days, unfortunately the product I received was a defective piece.

I immediately contacted their team regarding the issue and shared the required video proof. Since a refund was not offered, I agreed to the replacement option suggested by their team and provided an alternate delivery address. I was assured that the replacement product would be dispatched within * working days.

However, despite repeated follow-ups through calls and messages, I have not received any proper response or update regarding my replacement order. I am now being informed that there is no information available about my replacement request, which is extremely disappointing and unprofessional.

Please note that their team confirmed the replacement on April **, and even after several weeks, there has been no resolution from their side.
