Hello,
I have purchased jiofi hotstop on **th May ****. But when it's delivered I got defective product. After that I have raised a ticket on this issue and calling so many times to the customer care of paytm mall but they are always saying give us sometimes will let you know. Now this time when I called they didn't pick up my call. I have purchased many products but not getting this type of issues. If you are providing online services then you have to stay always for custom services. Please now am working from home so I need this jiofi that's why I ordered. Please they didn't give any response still now. I request you please solve my problem asap.
