2gud Flipkart - Delivered dead phone and withdraws extra money from my account

My father ordered smart phone from *gud they delivered him totally dead phone and when he apply for return they rejected twice then he called customer care of that company they asked him for account number details for refund and withdraws all ****rs from my account the customer care number of *gud is provided by flipkart
