2gud Flipkart - Defective Laptop

I purchased a Refurbished (Superb Condition) hp Laptop from *Gud under Flipkart e-commerce company in January ****. It stopped working after ** days so I was not not eligible under return policy. I contacted to customer care of *Gud they provide me the contact details for their technical support team F* Solution services. I tried many times but still not get support then I filled a case in Jago Grahak Jago Consumer Forum, they pressurized the F* Solution services team and *Gud team. After that they agreed to give technical support. They took my product and repaired it but after delivery to me just after one day it again stopped working and now when I am requesting them for refund of Amount or exchange with new product they are giving assurances only with extended dates. But not doing so.
The product is of Rs.*****/- but I even not used for ** days. The product is already completed * months of Warrenty period but still in useless mode. How can I believe that after repaired once more it will work properly ???
So I need my money back and want to return the defective Laptop.
Please help me.
