I had ordered a Handy Portable Steamer. order no #DD******. on *th of feb **. after reading reviews canceled my order by mailing them as per their cancellation policy to support@divadeal.in. i did not get any response and the next day i got a mail saying my order is shipped. I sent a mail again giving details of my cancellation no reply to that mail too. I got the product delivered to me on ** feb **. It is broken and not working. do not even know how to get the my money refunded.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
